What CluelessAI is not
Read this before you point it at anything.
CluelessAI is free while early access runs. Every account is on Max, five hundred solves a month. No card is asked for, and there is nothing to cancel.
CluelessAI reads what is already on your screen. That is the entire mechanism.
It does not disable, tamper with or work around monitoring, proctoring or security software, and it is not built to. There is one setting that touches this: Hide from screen sharing, which is off unless you turn it on. It marks the CluelessAI window so screen recording and screen sharing skip it, the same way a password manager hides its window. It is there so your assistant is not on the call when you present. It does not hide anything else on your machine, and it does not stop software that watches what you run rather than what is on screen.
What you point it at is your decision, and so is whether that is allowed where you are using it. Schools, exam boards and employers set their own rules about outside help, and exams in particular tend to be strict about it. Those rules are yours to know and to follow.
It will sometimes be wrong
CluelessAI uses AI models, and it will sometimes be wrong, including confidently. It is not professional advice of any kind, not medical, legal, financial or academic. Check anything that matters. The terms say the same thing in more words.
It reads only the box you draw
Nothing is captured until you complete a selection. There is no background capture and no always-on recording. The privacy page sets out where that image goes, what is kept, and how to have it deleted.
