Using CluelessAI means agreeing to these.
What CluelessAI is
A desktop assistant that reads a region of your screen and answers what it finds there. It does not disable, tamper with, or attempt to defeat monitoring, proctoring, anti-cheat or security software, and it is not designed or sold for that purpose. It has an optional setting, off by default, that keeps its own window out of screen recordings and screen shares.
Using it where you are allowed to
What you point CluelessAI at is your decision, and so is whether that is permitted where you are. Schools, employers, exam boards, certification bodies and licensing exams frequently have rules about outside assistance. Those rules are yours to know and yours to follow. CluelessAI cannot know what you are looking at or what rules apply to it, and using it somewhere it is not allowed is your responsibility, not ours.
What you must not do
- Break the law with it, or use it to help anyone else do so.
- Use it to capture other people’s private information without their knowledge.
- Resell, repackage or redistribute the app, or run it as a service for others.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, device limits, or, once it opens, billing.
- Automate it at a volume that degrades the service for other people.
Your account
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. One account is for one person. Accounts may be suspended for breaking these terms, and abuse of free access through repeated throwaway accounts is included in that.
Answers are not guaranteed
CluelessAI uses AI models and it will sometimes be wrong, including confidently. It is not professional advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial or academic. Check anything that matters. You are responsible for what you do with an answer.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, may change, and may have features added or removed. There is no uptime guarantee.
Paid plans
CluelessAI is free while it is in early access, and every account is on the Max allowance during that time. When paid plans open, the prices are the ones published on the pricing page, you will be told before anything changes, and nothing you already have will start charging without notice. No card can be held on file until then, because there is nowhere to enter one.
Once they open, plans will be billed monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the month you have already paid for intact, so you keep what you bought until it runs out. Prices can change, but not for a period you have already paid, and not without notice in advance.
Refunds
Nothing is charging yet, so there is nothing to refund yet. This is the policy that applies from the day billing opens.
Fourteen days, no reason needed. If you are within fourteen days of a payment and you want it back, email cluelessai.ca@gmail.com from the address you paid with and say so. You do not have to explain, and you will not be talked out of it. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with, in full, and are normally issued within five working days of the request.
This applies to the most recent payment. A subscription you have held for several months is refundable for the month you are in, not for the months you already used — cancelling stops the next one.
Two things fall outside it, and they are stated here rather than discovered later. A refund does not follow from an answer being wrong: CluelessAI is a tool that can be mistaken and the answers are not guaranteed section says so plainly. And an account closed for breaking the rules above is not refunded.
Once payments are running, a payment taken in error — charged twice, charged after cancelling, charged on a card that is not yours — is not a refund request and the fourteen days do not apply to it. Write and it will be returned however long ago it happened.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CluelessAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including any consequence of relying on an answer or of using it somewhere it was not permitted.
Ending it
You may stop using CluelessAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
